About

6 Million Known (6MK) is an advocacy project that combines art activism with Holocaust awareness. The mission of 6MK is to use art as a way not only to remember the Holocaust, but to get to “know” the faces and inspirational stories of those who survived.

Mia Kamensky is the founder of 6MK. She is a high school student and artist in New York. After meeting and hearing Holocaust survivors’ stories first-hand, she was inspired to create 6MK to share their inspirational stories with the world.
